Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO. Localização boa. Quartos grandes mas as camas podiam ser mais confortáveis.

Tout était parfait ! Personnel adorable , extrême propreté ( rarement vue ailleurs ), chambre magnifiquement décorée et literie très confortable ! Et petit déjeuner buffet succulent avec un très large choix + excellentes viennoiseries ! We love’s Mama shelter too ❤️ ! Toute une expérience 🤩

There was an awful smell in the bathroom throughout my stay. I reported it to the front desk but nothing was done about it. I later discovered it was the shower drain but the smell was pungent

Quarto e banheiro muito bons, porém com acústica um pouco ruim. Dá para ouvir os passos do quarto em cima. Atendimento excelente. Tive um problema e me ajudaram prontamente. Áreas comuns bonitas e bem cuidadas. Vários transportes na porta.

Felt safe as a solo traveler. Quiet and clean

I love the vibe at Mama Shelter. The lobby, elevators and restaurant are unique. The hotel is outside the city center, but public transportation is near, clean, safe… and free. It takes roughly 12-15 minutes to the beautiful city center by tram.

La pulizia della camera e del bagno ottime. La stanza molto spaziosa. ho apprezzato la cortesia del personale. Non ho potuto apprezzare la colazione per il ritardo che avevo.

A pleasant stay. It’s in the modern part of the city and an easy tram ride to the old town. Rooms and style are what you would expect if you have stayed at a Mama Shelter before. Fun, stylish, playful. I did find having the same soap to wash your hair and body a little disconcerting and at first thought they forgot to place the shampoo and conditioner in the room. It worked though. The bed was very comfortable and it was in a very quiet location so perfect for light sleepers. Breakfast was very good. With even fresh fruit and vegetables to make your own juice Sadly, dinner was a disappointment. Grilled squid was like old shoe leather which you couldn’t even cut with a knife. It was an extremely busy night so service was hit and miss too so maybe the kitchen just couldn’t cope. A very generous garlic bread so that hit the spot. Overall, it was good and worth checking out.

Love this hotel chain. Very fun vibe, staff was super friendly, bar was poppin late night. Will look for them again if I travel to France.
