The villa is clean, the staff is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is very fast.

The hotel is good, this is my second time there, the hotel is clean and easily accessible from the Puncak highway, overall it is good except for some services that are not very good from the housekeeping such as amenities and telephone service which are broken and not fixed so you have to walk to the receptionist if you need something.

The villa is comfortable, clean and highly recommended for your vacation with your family 😊

Overall it's really good, I just regret that the staff is still a bit slow to respond, calls from the villa to housekeeping are never answered so I have to go to the receptionist first.. The faucet for the washing machine is leaking, the light in the exhaust fan is also broken, so I cook in the dark.. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.. thanks..

The location and access of the villa are good, the receptionist service is very good, the cleanliness of the rooms and buildings is very good, the cutlery is complete, the gallon water refill is also fast and there is a ready-to-use washing machine too. When checking in, a deposit of 1,750,000 is requested but when checking out it is immediately returned quickly. The only drawback in my opinion is that the hot water from the shower only comes out a little, so taking a shower is rushed before the hot water runs out. The rest is good and pleasant. All the staff are friendly and will probably come back again 😘

For me, it's not fair because when I stay at any hotel or villa, the rule is that if you exceed people, at least you have to charge a fee (don't have to go home, which is more). The villa is spacious and has complete kitchen equipment and facilities. There is a washing machine too. Healing is getting better with a big smart TV, just not enough karaoke. The officers are friendly and helpful.

The service of employees and receptionists is unprofessional and very dirty. The reception is not 24 hours, you have to go to the security post to ask for help, the gallon runs out at night, you have to wait until the morning to replace it. Narrow parking. Small swimming pool. Water heater not working. The villa's telephone facility was broken, the villa called via wa instead it was rejected so it was difficult to have to go out to find staff to ask for help. Karaoke equipment rental is not available (limited) which should be prepared if there are 5-6 villas each, when they wanted to rent they said they had run out.
