I had an amazing stay with a stunning view of Phuong Luu Lake from my room. I loved waking up to the beautiful lake right outside my window—such a perfect spot to relax.

I was truly impressed by the view from my room, which overlooked the lake. My room was on a high floor, and every morning, I woke up to the peaceful sight of the serene lake.

Nova impressed me with its excellent cleanliness, from the lobby to the rooms. The bathrooms are spacious, modern, and fresh. It's a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and a clean stay.

I found The Nova Hotel to be in a perfect location, just a short distance from the city center. It's easy to get to popular spots like Do Son and Cat Ba. Plus, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes.

We had a wonderful vacation at The Nova Hotel. The view from the room overlooking the city impressed me greatly. From the bedroom, I could see the entire city with its bustling streets. This is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.

Not only is the room clean and the location convenient, but The Nova hotel also gave us a room with a view of the children's playground. This made our trip even more wonderful.

The work desk and sleeping area are tidied up every day, creating a comfortable atmosphere. For me, a place that is this clean is enough to have a relaxing stay.

Các bạn nhân viên lễ tân siêu dễ thương, chú bảo vệ hiền lành, phòng ốc rất sạch sẽ, thoải mái, đầy đủ tiện nghi, hiện đại. Có cho thuê xe máy giá ổn tiện di chuyển, nói chung là mọi thứ tuyệt cà là vời. Sẽ lại ở đây nếu có dịp đến Hải Phòng nữa!

Cực kì tuyệt vời, chị nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và đáng yêu. Phòng sạch sẽ gọn gàng, tuy nhỏ nhưng đủ diện tích sử dụng. 10 điểm

Sạch sẽ, nhưng mới đầu vào phòng hơi hôi mùi chân thối, điều hoà với quạt 1 lúc cũng hết, với lại nước nhỏ giọt hơi ồn chút, chú ý xử lý lại là oke, hài lòng!!!!!
