Habitación y baño muy chico

Toillet was broken and I was told that next morning We were going to be transfered to another room wich never happened, I waisted my time picking up our luggages then we have to put all my stuff back.

ESTA EN EL MISMO CENTRO DEL GRAN VIA EXCLENTE. PERO EL AC NO ENFRIABA LO SUFICIENTE, SE ESCUCHA LOS CUARTOS DEL LADO, LA UBICACION COMPENSA ESTAS COSAS Y EL SERVICIO FUERON ATENTOS EN EL RECIBIMIENTO

Basic stay for 2 nights. Reasonably clean but lots of noise coming from other apartments. The bathroom was very tired and hardly any room. Really hard to find (It’s next to the Atleti shop) with zero signage and it’s a bit intimidating walking in. Did the job for 2 nights but I wouldn’t recommend for a single person.

Good location

The place was okay, I got a small apartment with all I needed for a short stay (kitchenette, small closet). The staff was okay, the young fellow who checked me in was very nice and I was able to leave my luggage at the reception.

El hotel no es nada que ver a lo que muestran en las fotos. Está deteriorado. Ni siquiera entras en el baño. No volvería. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Nice service, great location in Gran Via in the middle of the action. Weird lobby :-) but really good service. Rooms are good, big and comfortable but the place would value a fixer upper. But for a quick stop I would go back.

Not the best property but valie for money and the breakfast was amazing!!

Excellent location the only issue was the internet connection very weak.

Estadia incrível no coração da Gran via e super silêncio ficamos na planta 5 zero barulho porém zero sinal do Wi-Fi. Ficamos em um apto enorme super confortável que nos atendeu perfeitamente, ficaria aqui novamente a varanda eh ótimo porém não tem vista e em épocas d e muito calor acaba não se aproveitando. Única reclamação foi nosso ar condicionado que não estava gelando o suficiente mesmo após solicita averiguação permaneceu igual. A equipe na recepção todos muito simpáticos e solicitos.

No es como lo presentan en las fotos. Es engañoso. Se siente muy inseguro, es un hotel feo en general, a pesar de su ubicación q es buena.

Mejorar las almohadas por favor

Me gustó la ubicación. Sin embargo, la habitación no es como la foto. Es mucho más chica, no nos pusieron papel de baño y la cortina se descompuso por falta de mantenimiento por lo que no fue lo que esperaba.

Me sentí absolutamente tranquila, protegida y arropada por el personal del hotel, sin supremamente amables. Sin duda regresaré!!!
