Beautiful property! Easy access to the beach and love the pool. The front office sends out a daily itinerary with fun things to do out through the day and near by local events. Our room was clean and comfortable. This was our second time visiting and will continue coming back with our two young children. Definitely recommend.

We love this part of Corpus but have never stayed at this hotel. This hotel is in a very quiet area, set apart from other hotels, rentals and businesses, but just as close to stores and essentials. Security is great for all teams of the property. Property and pool are lovely. The room had the eminities we wanted and was fairly updated. There were a few items that needed fixed or touched up, but nothing that affected us too much. Room and surroundings were clean. Beach access was very close. The walkway to the beach may be difficult for some-stairs and a large sand dune, but most people should be fine. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Never had a problem before now. The Deluxe room is advertised as two king, three twin beds, but it's actually one king, two bunks, and a pullout sofa. That can cause a lot of confusion when planning a trip with multiple families. Secondly the dishwasher was broken.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach for easy access. Our room was very clean, and the office staff were friendly and welcoming. I also loved receiving texts about the events hosted at the hotel, like yoga, sandcastle lessons, and water aerobics. Such a fun touch! We’ll definitely be back next year.

Perfect first trip to Corpus Christi; the beach is amazing, and the water was warm. Great vibe. Clean. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating.

My husband and I absolutely loved this spot. We were trying to find some place close to home but also close to water. Since we heard the water on Corpus and Mustang Island was looking great we decided to go. Totally worth it! Lively was a advertised. Quiet, peaceful, quick walk to the beach. The room was more like a small apartment with all the creature comforts. It was very reasonably priced, super clean, cute, great view, private, ice cold a.c., and we felt very safe. You have to have a code to get into your room. I only met the front office staff but they were helpful and friendly. Easy check in and out. Honestly the only thing missing was a bar by the pool! We'll definitely be back! Thanks for the great getaway!

This was my 5th visit to Lively Beach, so it’s safe to say I truly love this place. That being said, this time I noticed a few things that were a little disappointing. The property could use some maintenance to keep its magic—like replacing the pool lights so we can enjoy that beautiful blue glow in the evenings, which has always been a highlight for me. Also, some pest control would help, as I had a couple of spiders and even a frog in my room this time, which was unexpected. Even with these issues, I’ll definitely keep coming back because I really do love Lively Beach. Still, given the premium price, it would be great to see these details taken care of to keep the experience as amazing as it’s always been.

The amenities like the dinner on Friday Saturday is 16.99 a plate. The golf carts are 200$ a day. No elevators. The bedroom window was so dirty on the outside we couldn’t see out. The doors were so rusted they were hard to open and shut.

Even though it was a short stay, it was great. The property is quiet and secluded. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff had already communicated with us before we arrived. We are already making plans to return for a more extended stay!

Lively Beach is a gem! It was secluded, walking distance to the beach and super clean. We do want to thank Jessica and Amaris for their help in answering ALL of our questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient!

quiet easy parking safe

Its our third time coming back. Its always so relaxing everything close by the pool. We actually forgot salt when we were cooking and we went down to the office to see if they had any for sale. They let us borrow the salt and we took it right back. Looking forward to going back in November again!
