The AC is hot, the WiFi is slow, there is no signal, there are cockroaches, 1.5 for one night is too overpriced

For almost 700 rupiah, it's not worth it. There are no toiletries (thankfully, I brought them), no tissues provided, an electric kettle but no glasses, and no tea, sugar, or coffee in general. So, it's like staying at a friend's boarding house without bringing anything, not like a hotel.

The room is very comfortable, clean, and quite large. 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water and towels are provided. There is no soap or shampoo, but that's not a problem. There is no hot water for bathing. The accommodation is close to restaurants, hospitals, and minimarkets. There is an elevator and stairs to go upstairs. The sink in the room leaked, but since we only stayed for one day, it was not a problem. Overall, it is recommended for staying with family and is worth the price.

The service was pretty good. The lobby is also nice, looking like a luxury building. Unfortunately, towels and soap were not provided for bathing. There was also a power outage. This was my first time staying in a hotel and experiencing a power outage. Hopefully, the hotel will pay more attention to customer service in the future and improve it. Thank you.

First I was given room 101. The AC wasn't cold, I called the receptionist and was fooled by the fact that it was cold. It turned out that it was just blowing air. Finally I asked to move rooms and was given room 110. The AC wasn't cold either. Because I was too lazy to complain anymore, I had to wash the AC filter myself. After washing it, it was quite cold. But a new problem arose, it turned out that the pillowcase hadn't been replaced. There was a really pungent underarm odor. If I still had the energy to complain, I would have complained again. Finally, I could only cover the pillow with a bed cover and a towel that smelled quite fresh.
