Stayed for one night. The room (和洋式) was good despite there was only toilet without bathroom / shower. The location was excellent with nice view from the rooms. However, the hotel was not well maintained and the condition seemed disappointing. The public bath was small with only indoor pools and looked filthy.

Everything is alright!

在山的高處，晚上環境安靜，但一定要架車才方便。

The overall experience was satisfying :)! Though we didn’t expect that the facilities were a bit worn out and most staff members couldn’t speak English, the atmosphere the hotel gave us was quite cozy and calm. We loved the dinner and the breakfast which were beyond our expectations. Staff in the dining hall were very nice and friendly and some of them tried hard to speak English with us - respect and appreciate it!

住宿在山上,嚟車站非常遠,需要行20分鐘斜路先去到.receiption 去到先講原來check in同check out有shuttle bus服務,但事前沒有通知.

性價比高，下次會再入住。 唯一不足是沒有露天風呂

前枱職員英文不好,不過她們都好盡力translate (用一些輔助器材）。 前枱check in or check out 要等好耐, 可能好多熟客／長者, 每個都傾好耐, 每個processing time 多過10分鐘,可能係啲客太多嘢問.

安いので仕方ないですが、駅から遠かったです。

子供連れが多く騒がしい。朝食バイキングの品揃えが貧相。宿泊料金がとても安かったので文句は言えません。 フロントの3つで2千円のお土産はお得感があった。スタッフの対応は感じが良かった。

設備はちょっと古かったですがスタッフの方がとても丁寧で親切にしていただき快適に過ごすことができました。

This was my second staying in Arima Princess , i love this hotel, Everything were great,breakfast, room, parking, staff and amazing onsen. Will go again definitely.

非常に丁寧に対応して頂き、快適な旅行時間を過ごせました。また有馬温泉に行く際にはこちらのお宿を利用したいと思います。

夫婦で温泉を楽しみに宿泊させてもらいましたが、温泉内が不衛生。鏡に、シャワーホースに黒カビが。嫁はもう嫌だと朝風呂にも行かず。2日目の温泉で疲れを取る予定が残念でならない。有馬温泉も古くなり全体的にこんな感じかな？月曜日帰りのため、午前中は散策。駐車場はチェックアウト後もOKいただき感謝。
