新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！ 早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富 這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住

Very nice hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, only some things were too complicated (payment and claiming the malfunction of switches and lights in the bathroom). But overall great.

Great hotel in a great location. Employees went out of their way to be accomodating.

Absolutely amazing property. Their pool and spa services are incredible. Friendly and welcoming staff. Walking distance to everything. Everything was just perfect. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making sure every detail is high end. Would definitely stay again!

I can find no fault with this hotel which is one of the best I have ever stayed it. The staff were marvellous, the room was excellent, the location is perfect and the breakfast extensive and good quality. If I never stay here again I will be very sad!

Beautiful hotel, just minutes from the Main Square, Sukiennice and Mariacki church . The customer service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely return to this hotel.

This hotel is beautiful, convenient and well located. Unfortunately, 2 of the staff members were so shockingly rude that my entire experience there was tainted. Even more disappointing was that their attitude seemed so pointed that it felt like racism :( Such a shame for such a gorgeous hotel in such a wonderful city.

Ekstremt vennlig personale, noe du lurte på så kunne de hjelpe deg med så si alt. Rommet luktet godt og var veldig ryddig. Vil sterkt anbefale dette hotellet. Hvis jeg skulle prike på noe var det frokosten. Du måtte bestille fra en meny, som er greit nok i seg selv men veldig små posjoner.

What did I like ? Everything. Incredible staff. Beautiful room. Walk easily to the entire city center. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city.

The property is very well maintain. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

This is a great property in the best part of the Old Town. It is very easy to see all of Old Town. It is also easy to get to the rest of the city as the public transport is nearby. The hotel is also about two doors down from the museum. The property is interesting in the best way possible, architecturally and historically. Our room was quite large with all the amenities you'd expect from a property like this. Our morning breakfasts were wonderful. We had quite a buffet selection. We also had the option of individual orders of omlettes, etc. Hotel staff were attentive. Our concierge was helpful to us. She (I never got her name) helped book various excursions and more. The front desk, bell, and restaurant staff were great. We would go back there any time.

Close walk to the Old Town. Concierge gave excellent restaurant recommendations.
