I stayed here for 5 nights with my Mom & Dad, and definitely worth it. Location, the apt near Tengachaya St (750 m), Hanazonocho St (500 m) so it won't be difficult to reach the heart of Osaka or Kyoto. Izumiya daily Qanat is located beside Tengachaya, provides us all the groceries needed. There 's a 24hrs Lawson nearby as well. Facilities, top rated, all was provided and we're very happy with it. Bed is comfy although space a bit small, but we can still manage it (we bring 2 medium luggage, 1 cabin, if traveler bring big size luggage it'll be challenging to unload). The environment is calm & quiet. Host, was very & super helpful, I could have an early check-in, just inform host days before arrival. We chat through whatsapp, and was very responsive towards our inquiries and questions. Definitely will stay here again if we visited Osaka in the next opportunities.
