The best!

Very convenient for events at Van Andel Arena.

My recent stay was problematic as there was a lighting issue in the room. The main overhead light was burned out. My friend who stayed in room has only vision in one eye and only about 20%. The made it very difficult to maneuver around the room safely. We called the front desk and they said someone would be up, but no one ever came. Very disappointed

Great location and HUGE corner room!

Very clean, the room felt fresh and the location is great. The views were also great. You do hear quite a bit of traffic but it is on a busy area. Checkin was fast and friendly! Parking was easy

We waited over 4 hours to get our room and when one came up they were not even sure they were going to give it to us

The noise from the outside bar DJ was unbelievably loud Thursday night and then the road noise with cars drag racing and gunning engines at the light on Fulton was so loud we couldn't sleep. It did not quiet down till 2:30 am Friday night.

Staff was incredibly kind from the first interaction via check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fit every need we had.

It’s a bit loud in the evening. The excessively loud hot rods rev through the city and echo into your room. So bad that you feel the vibration. I couldn’t get to sleep until 3am when they all went home. The staff was excellent and moved us to a higher elevation room without hesitation. The city needs to crack down on those vehicles.

The Desk Attendant Rick was the most helpful and kind hotel employee I have ever met. What an excellent person to have on any team.

Booked a corner room with city view. The hotel put us in a one-bedroom suite with a view of the parking garage (no corner room). I asked about it and was told it was an “upgrade”, which it certainly was not. I asked for another room and was told they had nothing available, but the hotel website showed availability.

Absolutely lovely accommodations. Only complaint was the parking and street noise on the weekend.

The staff could not have been any more helpful or welcoming. Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean, breakfast was wonderful, love the patio especially in the evening! Our go to place in Grand Rapids.
