อยากให้เพิ่มการบริการเรื่องพนักงานยกกระเป๋า หรือพนักงานตอนรับหน้าประตู เพราะบางครั้งลูกค้าบางคนสัมภาระเยอะ มาคนเดียว บางครั้งต้องการความช่วยเหลือ มองซ้าย มองขวา ไม่มีพนักงานคอยบริการ อาจจะทำให้ความรู้สึกเรื่องของการบริการลดน้อยลง

แย่มากค่ะ ไม่ได้เรื่อง เหมือนไม่เต็มใจ ของรุงรังถามว่ามี Bellboy มั้ย บอกว่าไม่มี แทนที่จะช่วย ยืนแลหน้าตาเฉย ไม่ดีค่ะบอกเลยการบริการ แต่ห้องสบายดีค่ะ ไม่ดีแค่เรื่องบริการจริงๆ อุสามานอนเห็นเห็นดาวเยอะ คิดผิดมาก

Good location, enough parking space, good room size with needed facilities.

The check-in process took longer than expected. We were suppose to check in at 2 PM but arrived at the hotel an hour late, however, with us arriving late the room we were suppose to check was still unfinished.

This 7-storey hotel built in 2020 is one of the taller and newer hotels in the Phatthalung city. It is conveniently located off the main road in a peaceful vicinity. Price is reasonable, room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable and rain + hand shower combi is practìcal. View of the balcany is superb, especially during the sunrise or sunset times. Hotel does not have a restaurant but in-room dining is available. There is also a small cafe beside the building for coffee and pastries. It is a short drive to pubs, restaurants and massage shops in the newer rural road 4055 where F&B and entertainment options are aplenty. Some nuances are the aircon tends to get warm after midnight, which can be addressed by lowering the temperature to the low 20s. Also, some vibration in the water pipes due to the initial lower water pressure causes some noise from bathroom. Overall, the stay is pleasant and it is one of the cleaner and good value hotels in Phatthalung :)
