我在阿格拉帕纳别墅的住宿体验非常失望。 首先，别墅和照片上显示的不一样——客厅应该有空调，但实际上没有。我问了他们，他们说空调被拆了。那为什么照片上还显示有空调呢？ 其次，卧室里有一个蜥蜴窝，而且整体清洁度很差。我们入住期间，泳池突然断水，水也很脏。 最后，退房时，他们突然收取了我从未用过的迷你吧物品的费用——原来是他们的工作人员之前忘了加水，他们以为我用了。 总而言之，这次体验非常不愉快，而且很不专业。在他们解决这些问题之前，绝对不推荐入住。

这远远超出了我第一次预订时的预期。没想到能订到这么舒服的villa，还能在房间里呆一整天😍villa真的太酷了。工作人员也非常友好。抱歉只能呆一天……

This is our first staycation after the COVID crisis is over :) decided to book Agrapana since it's not too far from Bali Zoo. I mean, approximately around 15 minutes away from Bali Zoo. I booked a 1BR villa with a private pool with breakfast included. Previously, I asked Agrapana if it would be a problem if I bring 2 kids (2 and 3 years old) without taking any extra bed/baby cot, and I was happy they allowed it as long as I pay attention to them and am comfortable with the condition. The villa is quite nice, having its own mini kitchen. The bedroom was cool enough when we arrived, but the problem is their TV. My kids can't watch anything except YouTube. They provide fast Wi-Fi. Don't worry. The bedroom is clean enough, but the garden nearby the pool needs more maintenance. The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you for having us.

Harga kurang dari 700 tp dapet private pool, dan konsep room industrial, worth it banget. Bersih, ada sofa, microwave, kulkas, stop kontak colokan dimana-mana, air hangat ada, sarapannya juga bisa room breakfast, rasanya oke. Pesen room service snack-snack juga enak, harga standar. Jalan menuju ke sana juga acceptable, walaupun masuk gang. Tp mudah di carinya. Staf-staf yang muda-muda ramah-ramah. Kalau staf senior, dari gesturnya kurang welcome.
