Cons: when we first checked in, 1) we noticed that the inside door lock latch was missing. What is the point of having it there when it doesn't serve the purpose? Checked with the staffs and they jus said ' it is just like that '. 2) The cups were dirty with the previous guest lipstick and stains still on the cups 3) on the last day of the makeup room, it 's only 50 % done! Old towels are stil left in the toilet with no new towels provided, hair are stil left in the bathroom, bedsheets are not well made too! Seems like everything is done in a rush. 4) having breakfast for 3 days, the menus are 70 % similar and lack of varieties. 5) the receptionist doesn't provide guest with a welcome vibe. There is no smile on their faces. Overall we are very upset with the hotel cleanliness-not meeting their promise of ihg clean Promise. Our expectation is high since holiday inn is quite a reputable global hotel. Pros: only one which is the location.

This hotel is pricey! Comparing to the other hotel near by. In my room the phone is broken & no refrigerator. The house keeper always forget to bring us new towls & toilet papers. There are not enough staffs at the reception. Some staffs has no service mind. Never recommend to anyone.
