交通方便，主要景點皆在步行範圍內，河景優美，環境舒適。

酒店整體乾淨，浴室乾淨整潔，室內溫度舒適。 酒店應該是翻新過，但是房間屋頂沒有翻新，原先的痕跡還在，破舊不堪，這是一件非常奇怪的事情。酒店的位置離市中心偏遠一些，不過酒店門口就是地鐵站。酒店附近沒有超市，只有一家餐廳。

A disappointing visit. Staff friendliness was varied. Overpriced for level of service.

This hotel is a small treasure in the downtown of Vienna. The convenience of its location, just a few steps away from U2 Station and walking distance a little bit further for U4, is remarkable. The Hotel stuff was excellent and extremely helpful. We had a little bit of a challenge with the A/C , it was too cold during our first night, but they explained to us how to deal with it and then everything was great. The rooms are not too small, considering that you are in an historical location as Vienna as well. I would recommend to get the breakfast, so delicious and the espresso was phenomenal. The walking distance ability to the Public transportation was fantastic. The restaurant “Schöne Perle“,it was recommended to us from the hotel’s stuff, was on 7 min walking distance and the Winer Schnitzel was amazing. The Apple Maps were working great for any of the directions and using the U2 or any of the transportation as well. Everyone at the hotel spoke English so it was so convenient for everything. Thank you for having us. We will be back.

Las instalaciones de El hotel y el servicio en general muy bueno. Personal amable en todo momento. El desayuno excelente , muy variado y completo. Deliciosa. Aunque la estación del metro está en la puerta del hotel, el área no es muy céntrica y no hay muchas amenidades por la zona. Hay que caminar 10 cuadras para encontrar restaurantes, negocios , etc.

The rooms are very small and dark. The front desk is over run by people checking in with little to no staff to take care of them. Housekeeping will wake you up at 7am. We were there for 6days and 1 of the days hotel staff just pushed the door open and walked in at 7am. Profusely apologized regardless it was incredibly annoying and scary.

Bellissimo hotel, personale cordiale, posizione ottima

Öncelikle 14:45’de otele vardığımızda odamız hazır değildi. Öncesinde 1 yaşında bebekle seyahat ettiğimizi iletmemize rağmen odanın hazır olmaması bizleri şaşırttı. Sonrasında saatimiz geldiğinde odaya alındık fakat , temizlik hiç iyi değildi ve üstün körü yapılmıştı. Su ısıtıcısının içi bile berbat pisti. Bize verilen 1. Kat oda giriş kapısının hemen üzeriydi ve tüm gece fazlası ile gürültülüydü. Odamız neredeyse tamamen cam ile çevriliydi ve hiç perde açamadık çünkü camlardan içerisi dışardan tamamen görünebilir durumdaydı. Odada klima yalnızca 24 dereceye kadar ısıtabiliyordu( sanki sadece soğutmaya programlıydı) ve ısıtıcı istemek zorunda kaldık. 1 yaşında bir bebek ile daha konforlu ve temiz bir oda verilebilirdi. Bizim için tamamen pişmanlıktı. Sabah kahvaltıları iyi denilecek seviyedeydi ve kahvaltıdaki personeller yeteri kadar ilgili davrandı. Tek iyi tarafı bu olabilir.

Nice room and excellent service. Minuses were: Could hear people outside my room clearly. Sink had a stop in it. Specifically asked for kingsize bed but got 2 beds instead.

Nice hotel, check-in took too long, forgot to clean the room (but cleaned when we called them), didn't have a shampoo in the evening

Det er træls at komme frem og finde ud af at man skal finde en parkering i byen, vi har oplevet mange steder og det er ikke det man har lyst til når man når frem, det vil være dejligt at når man x parkering af at der så også er en parkeringsplads på hotellet.

Fantastiskt!

A fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. Situated on the bank of the Danube Canal and easy walk into the city centre. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable which aided a good nights sleep. The reception staff were very helpful, supportive and always willing to offer advice when asked. The rooftop bar was offered exceptional views over the city however the bar staff could be a little more helpful and efficient. A fantastic stay and I would definitely stay here again.

El hotel tiene mucha personalidad las habitaciones son lindas y limpias, la cama es cómoda en general disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía

Bad war für Gäste mit Behinderung, Spiegel somit viel zu tief angebracht auch nicht Höhenberstellbar. Dusche ohne Abtrennung, somit alles nass! Keinerlei Ablagefläche im Bad. Toilette ohne Deckel. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer defekt. Und nur 1Zimmerkarte für 2 Personen, Aufzüge und Treppenhaustüren aber nur mit Karte zu öffnen.

Das Hotel kann ich gut weiter empfehlen. Die Lage, die Zimmer, das Morgenessen, die Rooftop-Bar - alles war super. Die U-Bahnstation ist gleich vor dem Hotel aber auch zu Fuss ist das Zentrum gut zu erreichen.

Otele giriş yapmadan mutlaka odanıza çıkıp yatak tipini kontrol edin, yoksa gece boyu uyuyamazsınız, yatak boşluğundan düşmemek için. İki tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişlerdi. O hotel não é tão bem localizado. Check-in muito de morado. Quarto escuro e possibilidade de abrir minimamente a janela. Sem café da manhã. Custo-benefício ruim.
