I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. When I first checked in, I was surprised to find that the bed had not been made, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. The manager apologized and said I would be credited 1,000 points as compensation, but I have not seen those points reflected yet.
I do appreciate that the staff tried their best to make up for the situation, but I believe more attention should be given to ensuring that rooms are clean and fully ready before guests check in. It makes a big difference in the first impression and overall stay. With some improvements in housekeeping consistency, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.
