酒店后面的慢跑道太棒了。

员工服务态度很好，非常友善，对我们照顾周到，价格也很合理。

入住时间较晚，但工作人员很友好，入住办理速度很快，房间干净，床很舒服，早餐早上6点就开始供应，食物种类丰富。不足之处是房间里没有瓶装水，不提供熨斗，需要熨衣服的话得去三楼，浴室没有锁，而且除了中间区域外，浴室墙壁都是透明的。

酒店工作人员非常乐于助人、友好，非常好。

接待人员和保安都很有帮助。

泳池宽敞干净。游戏室配有电子游戏机、乒乓球桌和斯诺克台球桌。工作人员友好热情，乐于助人。房间的维护可以改进。

住起来很愉快，但是没有儿童游泳池。

除了早餐，一切都还好。早餐的菜品让我很失望。我们早上7点左右到餐厅，70%的菜已经吃完了。而且，竟然没有椰浆饭🥲。我猜这应该是每家酒店早餐的必点菜品了，即使是经济型酒店也提供。非常失望。感觉早餐不太适合马来西亚人。请改进菜单。其他一切都很好。

The staff are friendly and helpful. Even the foreign security guards are good in English and communication. The place is great overall. The room is okay for the price. I got a medium-size fridge (I love it) in the hotel room, but the space is a little bit limited and tight (I booked a twin room with my buddy). The location is very near to HCTM UKM (800m) and behind this hotel is the famous Tasik Permaisuri Cheras. There are eateries nearby (I ate in a nearby food truck place) and within this hotel itself, there are 7-Eleven and Starbucks. There is a great swimming pool (open 7 a.m.-9 p.m.), gym (24-hour) and many game rooms on the 6th floor. There are others on level 3A (spa, warm swimming pool, many game rooms, etc.) but it is only for residents, not for hotel guests. However, there are no clear signages about this. I only found out about this on my own when my access card couldn’t access the facilities on level 3A. Only then I found out about facilities on level 6. My access card also can’t access the elevator in the West wing (there are three elevators). I can only use it with the East and Central (lobby) wings. After 10 p.m., the gym can only be accessed through the West wing, so there comes the problem. Despite this, I love this hotel and have a mostly great experience. I will come again.

Too noisy especially from groups

The choice for food is limited. The hotel is just like an elderly place to stay

Cozy place to spend the weekend with your kids, also provided with a clean park, Taman Tasik. Will recommend this place.

Hotel sangat bagus untuk keluarga... Ruangan luas, Wi-Fi kencang, TV sudah HD, jadi anak-anak senang... Kamar bersih, kamar mandi bersih, handuk lengkap, sayang tidak ada teh dan kopi, tidak ada sandal, jauh dari pusat kota.

Hotelnya nyaman dan suasananya menenangkan. Fasilitas dan akses ke UKM bisa jalan kaki. Jogging track-nya bagus dan lingkungannya penuh pepohonan dan ada danau. Sayangnya, variasi breakfast-nya kurang dan sangat pilihannya makanannya kurang banyak. Omelet dan pancake tidak tersedia.

I had unpleasent check in process with the reception. Unpleasent check out process too from the same person, who is a trainee. Very disappointed stay after so many rounds in the hotel.

OK, but room has not enough things to use (ex: slippers.).
