Staff are lovely. Always something in the communal kitchen not working (hot water tap, gas burners, oven, etc).

The accommodation was okay, we just spent 1 night in there.* Room- was clean and tidy though it was a bit old and don't have AC but it was fine since there was a fresh air coming from the window. If you love room have AC maybe you will book the private with own toilet.* Bathroom/toilet- since we book a standard double room with shared bathroom/toilet, I don't have any issues since it was clean and tidy. They have bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash placed in the shower room. Incase you forgot yours then you can use their supplies anyway.*Kitchen- there's a fridge where you can put your food and drinks, kettle and microwave. However, you have to beware cause people were stealing food, like us, we placed our food and drinks in there but in the morning it was gone already. Much better you keep it in your room.* Transportation- the accommodation is near the light rail station to city. Since we don't have my way card, we purchased a daily ticket which is valid until midnight and you can used it to buses/light rails unlimited travel until 12mn for $9.80. Overall, the accommodation was great. They have also arcade area where you can play Table tennis, Billiards etc.
