Too old

This hotel is on the UEA campus and very handy for the LCR and Drama Studio. À few issues with the room. Leaky shower head, no towels at first (but the receptionist sorted that out quickly and with good humour) and the shower could do with a better door. Overall fine as a place to stay for visiting UEA or nearby. Breakfast was very good nearby at the Sports Hall.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, the light switches were in slightly odd places though, low down on the walls.

Affordable, safe and wonderful staff. Eddie, Beth and Angel were all really helpful. Kitchen smelled funky tho. Vending machine should be accessible outside of opening hours tho...

Clean and good-sized room with great kitchen amenities if you need to cook. Set in stunning surroundings. Great for walks or runs. Town centre is an easy 30-minute walk or 15-minute bus ride

Convenient and value for money - has everything you need for a short stay. Very secure environment and quiet overnight. WiFi is great and free parking.

Excellent option when working in Norwich.

Perfect hotel for the uea music venue as it’s right next door. Beautiful surroundings too, lots of trees and a lake. Our only issue was the toilet was continuously filling up, you had to really pull the flush handle up after flushing, which we didn’t figure out until the morning. Everything else was perfect.

Great simple accomodation on UEA main campus. Rooms were a little hot but clean and comfortable. Excellent for the price

Perfect for our needs. Comfort bed and a good nights sleep. Every member of staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

It’s very basic accommodation, but very comfortable. Unfortunately it was very warm when there, and even though a fan was provided (thankfully) it was very uncomfortable the first night there. Arriving after 9pm due to delays in travel meant we had to locate security to acquire key, which wasn’t so easy…. Bathroom tiles seemed to be loose, hoping not so, as it’s basically a wet room so room below May have water damage. Cold water fountain in stairwell was amazing, seeing as temperatures were so high…… overall a very good stay!

Very safe environment and good security

The room was clean and generally comfortable, but unfortunately, the towels provided had a strong, unpleasant odor. This affected the overall sense of cleanliness and comfort during my stay.

Really friendly and helpful welcome, marking eating facilities on a campus map for me. Room wasn't large, but was very clean with a comfortable bed. Nothing to criticise for the price.

Excellent staff, quiet location, lovely room apart from it being really warm - had to have a fan on all night to keep it cool enough to sleep!

Comfortable and had everything you need. Can be a tad loud he at the front of the building.

So my overall stay was good but started a bit negatively with the car park. Customers can park for free in the main car park once you register at check in, but it's actual signage was sports park car park so I wasn't sure if I was in the correct place until I checked with security. On arrival at the hotel I was greeted by Tina who was great, ordering a cab for me and pointing out where the taxi would pick me up, very helpful, thank you. I wasn't sure if I had chosen the right place to stay, bearing in mind it was on a university campus and I'm in my fifties, but all was quiet once I returned to my room, so pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay here again if I needed to stay near Norwich.
