Stayed at Dears Myeongdong for 4 nights. Location is SUPERB, 2 mins to subway/convenient store. Deluxe single room is pretty spacious for solo travelers and so many cabinets to store your shopping bag! But so dusty! Feels like the cleaning lady did not wipe on the desk or other surfaces except the floor. Overall 8.5/10.

The hotel was good and clean. It is near the Chungmuro subway station (kind of at the city center), thus the transition of our whole trip was easy and convenient. There were only 2 things that I found a bit off: 1. The hotel only has 1 iron. I had to return the iron after using it. (They have a laundry room on the 2nd floor which also has a steam iron but it is inconvenient to run up and down to just iron clothes) 2. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room well but did not give us new robes. Other than these 2 points, everything was good and comfortable.
