Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable and convenient.

check in/out very smooth. very best apartment that we have stayed. The place we is well designed and have all the right fittings and utensils.

Excellent location right at the tram station, near the ferry terminal and everywhere else you can walk to. Nice decor and great to be able to do the laundry. Quick and easy communication and I highly recommend this property.

Had a bit of a frustrating experience getting access to the property and room. There’s no front desk and I had trouble getting the door access codes. I had to use their chat/WhatsApp to get help. They responded within a few minutes to the chat and then everything worked fine but not a great way to start the stay. The actual room was very comfy and nice. Location is close to the eastern ferry terminal with a tram line right out front to get anywhere in town. Really great neighbourhood vibes and the 24h grocery store downstairs was very convenient.

The room was very good. But we had trouble with the lightings. It took us a lot of time to switch on / off. They didn't work properly. Good responsivenes of the hotel via whatsApp (no reception at Bob W).

It was a fantastic apartment, we had a few issues with the door not locking properly but was resolved quite quickly but we did feel the need to put the chain on at night as we didn’t know if the door was actually locked. I would of liked a safe in the room though

The room was locked unreliably by the automatic (electric) lock. Because the streetcar stopped/passed directly below the room, it was relatively loud in the room.

Some difficulties with the check in app. Cleaning crew was very helpful! Unit was not very quiet with the train/tram stop outside of our window. Excellent breakfast options! Overall a nice stay.

Majoittaja informoi sähköpostilla ja whatsappilla hienosti. Majoitushuoneiston tiedot voisi sisäänkirjautumisen jälkeen ilmoituksessa sijoittaa heti osoitteen jälkeen omaan boksiin. Sen löytäminen oli majoittumisessa haastavinta. Sijainti on hieno ja huoneisto mainio.

Would love if we could have made the room cooler was a little hot but over amazing and was super happy!!

Excellent place

Bob W was amazing. The suite was perfect for our needs 2 adults & 2 teenagers. A few items missing from kitchen & brought immediately. A few minutes from Central Market and numerous transportation options. Just disappointed that Bob wasn't a real person.

トラム目の前、施設内にスーパーがあり、日帰り旅行で行ったエストニア行きのフェリー乗り場も徒歩圏内で、とても楽しい滞在でした。 シャワーの水圧は弱いですが、夏の滞在だったので問題なく過ごせました。

Good value

Really nice place, it was always a little bit too warm in the summer, but other than that, it was perfect in every way.

Flott og godt utstyrt leilighet med bra beliggenhet. Nært sentrum og severdigheter, og trikk rett utenfor døra. God restaurant i 1.etasje, samt dagligvarerbutikk som var åpen hele døgnet. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.
