Honestly, nothing negative to write about absolutely perfect, convenient, and clean!!! Worth it

Nice place, but no gym, no bar/restaurant, and you can hear your neighbors behind the wall.... Enjoyed the pool as it was empty :)

This place had bed bugs. No staff and extremely Unaccomadting

Great experience. Comfortable beds pool was heated to the perfect temperature. Overall atmosphere is great.

The location was great, the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The bungalow was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. I would only suggest that they provide in-room coffee makers. Everything else was great.

I chose this reservation because it had the “skip the counter” guarantee. I filled out all the paperwork but when I arrived there was no skipping and a very LONG line. Get like this was complete faulty advertising.

The Sagaponack was very nice. Our room was large enough for two people with a king-size bed, small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and a decent counter space with a sink. The bathroom was on the smaller size but the shower was extra roomy. The Manager, Sarah, was very helpful. She gave us many good suggestions for places to visit, restaurants, etc.

It’s okay for a night or two not a first or second choice however. The cosmetic upgrade for this property is okay in comparison to the cost of the stay. The doors only have a button lock on some cottages and seems like the original handle, it was loose and the key was sticking. Though I was accommodated with a different cottage that had a padlock as well, there was a visible mold and moisture issue causing the laminate floors to bubble. Some groundskeeping opportunities with pathways and the pool space too. Also odd that for a nearly full capacity weekend there isn’t someone on property past 6, not even third party security staff member either. They have an emergency number for anything that comes up incidentally after hours.

Great experience at a great resort. We loved our cottage and will be back!

Sara at the front desk was helpful. I had a cottage and it was noisy. I could hear the persons television next door and the cars from the street all night. There was snacks at night. The breakfast was just continental.
