工作人员非常友好，还送了迎宾饮料和小吃。房间很大（家庭房），而且很干净。酒店地理位置优越，步行即可到达市中心的美食街。我推荐入住这家酒店。下次来槟城我还会再次入住这家酒店。

我订的是双人含早餐的房间，但是早餐菜单很简单，而且味道也不好，更糟糕的是，负责早餐的两名工作人员非常粗鲁，因为他们一边讲故事一边大笑，对我弟弟说了一些蠢话。他们完全不配当餐馆服务员，因为他们没有职业道德。请评价2名女工作人员（1名不戴头巾，1名不戴头巾）。 房间设施还不错，干净，就是没有排气，空气流通不太好。

位于乔治城市中心，靠近咖啡店和 Giant 霸级市场，但早餐选择有限。

Penginapan terbaik. Datang Georgetown lepas ni check in kat sini je. Cuma untuk makan pagi kene improved sebab kesian guest yang turun lambat.. makanan banyak habis.

Disadvantages. 1. Bed.- got so many hair under the blanket and got many brown spots on the mattress. 2. Toiletries.- provided 6 bottle and 4 bottles were already open. Was it recycled? 3. Room facilities.- the ads said it has ironing facility but no clothes iron in the room.- the wardrobe, bed side table and drawer were very dusty which can be seen.- the floor was also quite dusty. 4. Booked the room an request for a higher floor room but was given a 2nd floor room. 5. Booked deluxe queen room and were given an connecting room. I can heard the guest on the other room talking, laughing and so on. It was very uncomfortable. Advantages. 1. Got free parking but first come first serve basis. 2. Near to many attractions. 3. Walking distance to transfer road and argyll road.

Hotel baru,so perabot semua dalam keadaan terbaik.Cuma pintu bilik air yang sliding tu ja bila tutup bunyi agak kuat.Takut rosak ja.Keseluruhan berpuas hati

It was a nice stay. Near major tourist spots in Georgetown and cozy room.
