员工热情友好。唯一不足之处是卧室床垫是两块拼在一起的，我不太喜欢。其他方面都很好。

风景很美，小路也很美，但是因为暴风雨被水淹了，到处都是虫子和蟾蜍😭 房间里没有卫生纸，空调遥控器坏了，所以空调一直开着，冷得要命。早餐是免费的，但有点咸=)))))) 蚊子很多，超级多，蚊子很多。房间里的排水沟闻起来有点像商店的味道。可以免费借自行车，但链条很容易掉。工作人员很友好，也很热情。

这里的景色清新凉爽，很有宁平的特色。但我入住时，一大早就停电了，热得睡不着，开门通风却蚊虫密布，我们不得不在早上7点起床退房。不可抗力导致的停电让我对这里的体验不太满意。我需要拨打度假村的电话时，花了很长时间，第二次几乎打完电话他们才接通，所以我觉得服务不太到位。

Secluded and quiet dream-like location with mountain and lake views. Beautiful room in good condition. A very welcoming service. Breakfast was delicious and with a great variety!

The place is beautiful and tranquil. The way to go to the place is a bit small but it make the place unique the way it is. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Foods here are delicious and organic. Almost all materials such as vegetables, meat and eggs are grown by themselves. This homestay is a great place to enjoy your time in Ninh Binh. It is very close to Trang An Grottoes.
