位置太棒了！！我很喜欢住在这里，因为离我在槟城最爱的酒吧只有几步之遥！更不用说附近还有很多好吃的。我一定会再来住这里。唯一希望改进的地方就是我房间的位置。我的房间没有风景，唯一的风景就是餐厅，哈哈，而且我的房间在一楼。如果能看到更好的街景，也许体验会更好❤️

一切都很好，但如果客人入住时有两个人，请给他们两张门禁卡，以便他们方便地出去，以防回来的时间不同。

这个地方非常舒适，服务也齐全。如果工作人员更有礼貌就更好了。

早餐种类较少。总体来说，酒店还不错。舒适的房间。地理位置优越。

Kamar mandi tidak ada shower screen nya…jadi setiap mandi atau sekedar wudhu…air sampai mana-mana…closet jadi basah. Lampu kamar mandi juga sangat redup. Selama 4 malam menginap, kamar tidak pernah dibersihkan, cuma kasurnya saja yang dirapihin.

The hotel is near Komtar and the Hindu Bus Depot. I booked a deluxe room, which was spacious. The bed was large, soft, and comfortable, with four pillows provided for each bed. The hotel offers 24-hour complimentary coffee and a variety of breakfast options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Kejutan buat saya, ternyata lokasi-nya bukan hanya dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, tetapi juga dekat dengan hotel lokasi conference saya.

Check in dan check out cepat, gak pakai antre. Hotelnya tenang dan enak buat istirahat. AC-nya dingin banget, jadi tiap mau tidur AC dimatikan. Di depan hotel ada food court yang buka sore sampai tengah malam.

Hotelnya menyenangkan, tenang dan dwkat dengan restoran.

Best location, surrounding feel safe, clean, bright at night time, free flow high quality cappuccino coffee, near many eateries, comfy bed, good breakfast, check in/out very fast, the customer service nicely showed us the room at other tower 👍.

Strategic location. Tried request for king bed in advance but no response from hotel. Anyhow, good stay for few nights.

Great location and hotel newly renovated, room comfort spacious and clean. They have a great snack bar so no need to include breakfast in booking if you are vegetarian (no vegetarian option on breakfast menu if it's included in your stay).

Harga cukup mahal, dengan fasilitas, sarapan berdasarkan pesanan, salad tidak fresh.

Stayed 4 nights and the breakfast menu were the same options everyday. So I guess, it's better to book with no breakfast.

The hotel has the best room and comfy bedding. The receptionist is very friendly and tries his best to accommodate my needs. I would love to come here again because of the ambiance, cleanliness, friendly, and helpful staff.
