To begin my review, please bear in mind that this was my first time in Phnom Penh and I only had one night, but I wanted to make the most of it. The receptionist was very helpful and made suggestions on where to go: Wat Phnom, the Royal Palace, S21 Genocide Museum. The food is not that pricey, I would say the price is reasonable. They have a jacuzzi, but at around 8 PM when I checked it out, it was cold and dirty. The roof top was fine. It was on the 16th floor. They have a restaurant at the 14th floor with high windows. I ate there for lunch. One important note though: you guys need to improve the cleanliness of the bed. The room is OK, I got the one on the 9th floor and let me tell you the view is amazing. But regarding the bed, I found a short hair below the pillows (and I have long hair), so maybe do better next time? Overall, I would like to recommend this hotel for all tourists. Oh, one last note: helping guests with carrying the bags to the room doesn't seem like a culture here, so you may need to do that on your own.
