今回こちらの宿に滞在できて、本当に素晴らしい体験となりました。 まず到着時から印象的だったのは、ホストの対応の丁寧さです。事前のやり取りから当日のチェックインまで、とてもスムーズで安心感がありました。質問へのレスポンスも早く、初めての土地での滞在でしたが不安なく過ごせました。 お部屋は写真で見る以上に清潔感があり、細やかな配慮が感じられます。ベッドリネンやタオルはもちろん、キッチン用品や生活必需品がしっかり揃っており、長期滞在でも困ることはありませんでした。窓からの景色もよく、朝は自然光が心地よく差し込み、とてもリラックスできました。 立地も申し分なく、周辺にはスーパーやレストランが多くあり、交通アクセスも便利でした。観光地や市街地へも行きやすく、滞在中の移動がとてもスムーズだったのも大きなポイントです。夜も静かで、ぐっすりと眠れる環境が整っていました。 全体を通して、ホテル以上に快適で「自分の家のようにくつろげる空間」でした。ホストの温かさと、細部まで行き届いた心配りのおかげで、滞在中ずっと気持ちよく過ごせました。次にこのエリアを訪れる際も、ぜひ再び宿泊させていただきたいと思いますし、友人や家族にも安心しておすすめできるお部屋です。 素敵な滞在を本当にありがとうございました！

We stayed at the Mountain Exposure Luxury Chalets for 3 nights. It was a beautiful chalet, very spacious, clean & tidy. The views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn from our balcony were breathtaking. Meeting the concierge to pick up the keys was very easy, he coordinated the evening before so everything was organized. Great location for Zermatt train station, Gornergrat train and the Matterhorn Gondola ride. Highly recommend.

The property was a 10 mins walk from the main train station. A friendly staff Stefan met us halfway to bring us to the property. The entrance was underwhelming with a really small lift. It has an unpleasant smell. Hence, we bought an air freshener to remove the odour. The chalet is well equipped with kitchen, three rooms and two bathrooms. It has a washing machine and a dryer which was really a bonus for us. However, one of the room’s window cannot be opened although the technician came to repair. The technician had to contact a professional who can only come on the day we checked out. My parents have to stay in a stuffy room throughout the entire stay. In addition, one of the toilet’s door is spoilt. You need to use a lot of strength just to lock it. Overall, I would recommend this property as it is a short walk to groceries shops and the shopping street and the staff is friendly. You can also see the Matterhorn from the balcony. Maybe you can book the adjacent property, Châlet Zeus, to avoid spoilt door and window. Great for family with lots of people.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped, very clean, but our favorite part was the balcony. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The staff is very friendly. Gaston met us almost at the train station, walked us to the apartment, and gave us a few tips of the town, including restaurants, supermarkets, ski trails,etc

Everything was perfect with our stay. We are a traveling family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Skiing was excellent and the food was awesome! The chalet had plenty of space. It was definitely worth the trip from Nebraska USA.

Excellent location. clean, relaxing. The staff was super attentive and always answered the phone. Every need was met and would highly recommend. Close to train station and main street of town. Directions were spot on and everything worked great. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the beautiful apartment and the surrounding areas. It’s in the heart of the town, just steps away from the city center.

Superb apartment and amazing staff.

Incredible view of the Matterhorn and Zermatt Village. Good amenities, lots of room, open and bright, good beds and bedding. Great balcony! There is some loud construction going on but it didn’t start too early. Plus they didn’t work on the weekend and no noise in the evenings. Absolutely no complaints! Loved the stay.

Disappointed that the advertised amenities were not available. Catered breakfast, daily housekeeping, evening “wine and canapés” were not provided as advertised. I would not have booked this stay had I known.

We had a good time at this property. I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber. Blick auf das Matterhorn. Im Prinzip alles einwandfrei, aber im Vergleich mit vergleichbaren Unterkünften in Zermatt eher im oberen Preisbereich.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view is beautiful and the room was comfortable and very clean. The location was excellent. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends and family.
