酒店位于老城区，距离还剑湖很近，附近有很多餐馆和商店。

第一天晚上，房间里的空调坏了。我后悔没在客人入住前确认一下。结果我们整晚都睡不着，因为太热了。第二天，我们被换到了一间空调能用的房间，工作人员对我们的投诉也非常负责。我们还建议早餐能早点供应，因为去河内郊外旅游的旅游巴士早上7点就到了。 总的来说，这家酒店很舒适👍🏼

照片是从视频里拍的，所以有点模糊，但房间看起来真的很漂亮。 不得不说，在预订之前我犹豫了很久，因为我担心到时候房间会不像照片里那样，会很破旧。不过没关系，光是在大堂等着就已经很满足了。🫶🏻🫶🏻 酒店很漂亮，大堂看起来很温馨，虽然不是很宽敞，但设计让空间看起来很小，不会显得拥挤。酒店提供方便舒适的自助早餐，感觉就像在家里的厨房里用餐一样，非常近。🥺食物很美味，种类不多，也比较奇特，但风格多样，有西式也有中式。菜品很丰富，不像其他酒店那样太多太浪费。 我的房间很宽敞。床很干净，可以看电视，房间和浴室里的设施都很齐全。房间有两扇大窗户，朝前，窗帘是两层，打开后，从房子到对面酒店，一览无余。浴室有热水，干净得无以言表。这也是我犹豫要不要选房间的原因。很多地方的浴室看着就让人觉得恶心，我都不敢泡澡，但这个不一样。房间很棒，太棒了。🤩 我预订的是一张床，可以住两个大人，另外加收一个儿童的费用。但到了房间，前台人员免费帮我升级成了家庭房。还有什么免费的，我记不清了🥹。 工作人员超级热情。客人等待入住时，会有饮用水提供。他们甚至会帮忙搬行李。他们总是面带微笑，非常友好。早餐也提供。房间很友好，帅气又漂亮。 🤩 我觉得价格还算适中，因为它位于还剑旅游街的中心。酒店位置也很方便，从那里步行几条街就能到还剑湖。 ‼️缺点：浴室门不能锁，窗户可以打开，可以看到所有东西，可能是因为是家庭房的原因。空调很凉爽，但它是预装的，所以早上很冷，但不能关闭 :(。灯光有点暗，但很温暖，不暗。 Ncl 酒店真的很漂亮，位置很方便，房间还可以，设施和服务都非常棒。下次再来河内，我还会预订这里。希望酒店能好好管理和维护房间，以免它们变质。🫰

Pros: The staffs are really nice and accommodating. We arrived late at night and got upgraded to a family room. Got more mineral water, better space for sleeping, just what we needed since we spent most of the time outside. They also have optional hot menus which we liked so much, aside from buffet menus which are sufficient for this type of hotel. Super value for the price we paid. Will consider staying in the same hotel if going there again. Cons: Bathroom door can't be closed, no suitable soap/shampoo holder in the shower room, strong garlic smells in the hallway level 5 at certain time (probably from the kitchen)

The hotel is really close to the lake, water puppet theater, and many main attractions. Staffs can converse in English and are really helpful. They suggested activities to do in Hanoi. The room is not too small, and clean. Overall, recommended.

Recommended! Staff is friendly and can speak English very well. The room is super comfortable and clean. Definitely will stay here on my next trip to Hanoi.
