Very nice ambiance, lobby huge, location the best, the staff Norman and one guy (forget the name) at reception very attentive and helpful. Will come back again.

Rất là tuyệt vời. Hotel sạch, đồ ăn ngon, trà chiều, tối, ăn sáng quá okay. Sẽ đến nữa:))

The room is good and clean, but we could tell it ' s old. Some areas of the flooring had marks, the drawer had literary tapes to keep it together and the blind had threads dangling. Other than that was okay, most likely not our priority hotel to come back.

地理位置绝佳，环境安静。附近有商店，门卫、接待员和客房清洁人员的服务都很棒。房间干净整洁，但浴室较小。

servis yang baik.. kamar yg keren dan bersih dengan suasana modern, kamar mandi mewah, lokasi jalan kaki 5 menit dari orchard rd.. sangat menyenangkan saya selalu menginap di sini

Khách sạn rất đẹp khi bước vào sảnh,nhân viên lịch sự, thang máy bằng kính giữa khách sạn bạn nhìn được toàn cảnh, phòng đẹp rộng như hình do web miêu tả, nhân vien phục vụ vệ sinh rất sạch sẽ, thuận tiện mua sắm, ăn uống ngay khách sạn đi bộ 5 phut và 10 phut đến Ion Orchard. Kì nghĩ hè cùng các trẻ. Tuyet vời.

The room is spacious and the location is very good especially with the bus stop right in front of the hotel to Orchard area and to Changi Airport. It's really very convenience if you are travelling with family.

Property is a bit old. Location wise is good. Staffs are warm and friendly. Room is quite big and clean.

I was quite surprised that a hotel of this standing does not provide a Nespresso machine. Pretty standard fare I would have thought. When I asked they said only in the suites. Also the electrics seemed a bit old and needing updating. Otherwise great location and still good.
