Lugar conveniente para conocer los puntos de interes de Santiago, metro accesible, el desayuno te lo ponen para llevar si tomas excursiones. Costo beneficio.. bien!

Atendeu a necessidade. O café da manhã deveria ser agendado e entregue no quarto. Marquei para 7:00 pois sairíamos para um tour 7:20. Saímos sem receber o café. Cama é confortável. Hotel localizado bem no centro.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt mit sauberem großen Zimmer mit bequemem King-Size Bett, insgesamt auf europäischem Niveau. Intressantes Loft/Industrie Design. Gut gelegen und im Vergleich gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Kein Frühstück möglich aber viel in der Nähe. Keine Probleme mit dem Rückerhalt der Barkaution

Muito bom em vários aspectos, única coisa que incomoda é a caução, e a devolução dela que não fica tão clara e não tem um comprovante desse ato no checkout. Fora isso tudo conforme o esperado e o divulgado.

O hotel é moderno, numa pegada industrial, cheio de grafites, ambientes com pouca luz e paredes escuras. O atendimento é cordial mas na medida. Não fazem muita questão de te atender bem. Importante saber que eles cobram 50.000 pesos (ou 50 dólares) como garantia no ato da estadia. O quarto é amplo, a cama é confortável, tem frigobar, armário e gaveta com trava tipo cofre. A localização é excelente: tem metrô perto, na frente do Cerro Santa Lucía, perto do café Wonderland. Tudo muito legal. Ah, não servem café da manhã.

Staff were all very nice and helpful. I stayed there for 2 nights and came back to stay another two weeks later. Everything is good.

I wasn't sure which hotel to book, so I did some thorough research. At first, I was hesitant because the price was so low, but I can confidently say that this hotel is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect and feels very safe. The hotel was clean and immaculate, and the bedding was very comfortable. My room had a large TV and a fridge, and the air conditioning unit had a remote control, allowing me to set the temperature to my liking. The staff was incredibly helpful with touring inquiries every day. Security was also reassuring; you either had to be buzzed in or use your key card to access the building. Despite being the least expensive hotel option, I genuinely believe that even if they charged triple, it would still be worth it!zed in or use your key card to access the building. Good front desk service, room big, shower too, good location if you like walking or taking the metro or bus. 👌😊

The room was spacious and the amenities were basic but to be expected. I noticed my window in the washroom did not have adequate sealant around the seal and you could see a sliver of outside.

Buena ubicación, cómodo y limpio. Ideal para descansar después de estar turisteando. El único punto malo es que hay ruido toda la noche de ventilador en el pasillo, llevar tapones para dormir.

A large studio room which was a bonus. AC was not too effective in heatwave but managed. Lovely staff.
