This hotel has phenomenal staff. I have absolutely not a single complaint and would praise everyone from housekeeping to Bell Hoff as well as the concierge service. Everyone is extremely polite and extremely helpful and always willing to take time to talk to us. I can’t compliment this place enough. You cannot go wrong staying here.

If you stay in the Center excelente 5 star hotel very nice staff!!!

The concierge and all of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful. We asked for a last minute tour on the Bosporus and dinner on the Europe side and they arranged everything perfectly and quickly. The room was very comfortable and the bed was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

the hotel is a real luxorious hotel and has a fantastic location fir sightseeing, shopping, tram, train, ferry, cruise. it isvery qiet and cleand and breakfast is excellent. the reception staff and concierge were so helpful and kind. especially mr. yigit did make our stay unforgettable. Excellent place to stay!

Amazing property in a great walkable location late into the night. The idea Faith area to stay on your first visit to turkey. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was awesome.

Great property as far as service, cleanliness, and location! Everyone on the staff was very kind and attentive since we checked in. Breakfast at the restaurant and drinks at the library bar are a bit pricy but worth it for the one day we decided to stay in. The one issue that I would say was mildly annoying was that the main road is closed to auto traffic/public taxis 10am-8pm. This was frustrating when attempting to get to places on time and also made me reluctant to wear heels often since we had to walk out to the main road for a taxi. With that being said, the staff is more than willing to call a taxi for you but you will still have to walk out to the main road. Overall, I’d recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Wonderfully updated property within walking distance to Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazar, 15 min walk to Blue Mosque and Bospherous just around the corner. Staff was amazing. Yigit concierge and GM have 5 star white glove service. Concierge even walked us to a taxi stand to make sure we found it. Rooms are modern and great size bathroom for being in Europe. Can’t say enough. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful hotel with lovely comfortable room. In busy old part of the city but very close to city highlights and tram stops. I would stay again.

Leider keine Bidet und Toilettebürste Reinigung in Zimmer könnte besser sein sehr nett war Mustafa in Reception, Location ist gut. Die schlimmste waren Taxifahrer frech und unfreundlich, alles uberteurt, Touristen nicht herzlich willkommen, aber nur herzlich benutzt, sehr schlechte infrastructure und Logistik, auch in der Stadt Sauberkeit könnte besser sein

Hotel muito bem localizado, há dez minutos a pé do grand bazar, perto de vários cafés e lojas bacanas. Super confortável e limpo, equipe prestativa e atenciosa!

Outstanding customer service!

I had wonderful stay at the Sanasarayan Han hotel. Beautifully decorated room and a spacious bathroom with personal touches. Very good sound isolation. Not a single piece of noise will get to the room, so good night sleep is guaranteed. Luxurious bed linen and bathroom robes. Coffee machine and excellent choice of teas are provided. Good breakfast choices with homemade bread and pastries with very attentive service from breakfast staff. And, of course, Turkish coffee is a delight. Staff is very attentive and helpful from very start to the final walk to the airport cab. Turkish tea on the arrival while admin work is sorted is very welcoming and warming. Special thanks to Yigit Sengelen and Hassan for adding to my experience here. Your help and attention are very much appreciated! It is situated in the very centre with shops and restaurants at an arm’s length. I can’t recommend this hotel enough while staying in Istanbul. It will add to the charm of exploring this great city.
