The Hotel, is a must bedroom are clean. Breakfast was excellent lots of choices. Staff was great! Except the location was not too safety.

Hotel was clean, friendly staff and transport to Manhattan was easy. Area around the hotel was fine for me but it might be intimidating for single lady tourist. I found the locals to be very friendly. I found myself wandering around Queens late at night because I got the wrong train. A young couple from the area were kind enough to show me back to the hotel. The only small issue was the breakfast area was too small for the size of the hotel. I would definitely use this hotel again if I return to New York.

We experienced a serious issue with our room, and the front desk staff member handled the situation with outright unprofessionalism and hostility. Summary of events: • We were assigned an accessible/ADA king room and told all king rooms were this way, with no alternatives available. • The staff member insisted we rebook directly through Marriott and guaranteed a full refund for the original reservation. We followed these instructions, rebooked immediately, and were issued new keys. • Despite this promise, only one night was refunded. Had the truth been disclosed, we would have kept the original room. • The room had a large carpet stain, dismissed by the staff as “nothing could be done.” • After a 45-minute exchange, another guest with me expressed frustration. The staff member responded with offensive language directed at them, which was completely unacceptable. We rebooked into the Residence Inn side, where the rooms were significantly better and accurately reflected the listings online. It is unacceptable that we were charged for one night in a room we left immediately and did not use. On top of this, we made every effort to remain at the property as directed. A full refund of the original reservation is not only reasonable—it is expected.

The check in process was particularly slow at 9 30pm . And not just slow, the receptionist was rude for making us wait even though we were in the queue. Other customers were having trouble with the check in and waiting in the long queue

Wij verbleven hier 6 dagen met onze kinderen in de leeftijd van 22, 15 en 13. Het hotel is schoon, de kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt en zijn comfortabel. Vanuit het hotel loop je in ongeveer 5 minuten naar de metro met korte reistijd naar bezienswaardigheden. Verder goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

El hotel es bueno, pero al rededor existe casas y locales con mucha basura.

2nd stay 10/10 .. I do wish that if breakfast ends at 10 and you show up at 9:50 they should still allow you to get breakfast!
