酒店工作人员很友好，房间非常漂亮且齐全。

Hanya 2 jam setelah saya tinggalkan hotel baru ingat satu tas kertas besar yang isinya oleh-oleh untuk teman lupa saya ambil dari kamar. Saya sangat kecewa karena barang saya yang ketinggalan hanya kembali sebagian. Oleh-oleh berupa coklat dan kopi serta buah tidak dikembalikan. Bahkan tas kertasnya tidak ada. Bagi saya yang pernah tinggal selama lebih dari 10 tahun di Jepang ini kejadian yang sangat memalukan. Saya tidak akan pernah menginap lagi di hotel ini dan seluruh cabangnya.

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ JR Okachimachi และ metro Ueno-hirokoji ถ้าลง Kesei skyline ก็ต่อสาย Ginza Line มาลง Ueno-hirokoji ได้เลย สะดวกมาก มี Parco-ya มี Lawson มี Don Quijote เล็กๆ ใกล้ๆ เดินไป Ameyoko 800 เมตร มีร้านคาเฟ่ดัง Egg Baby Cafe เราทานไป 2 เช้า เปิด 10 โมงมาให้ทัน ไม่งั้นคนเยอะแต่ก็รอไม่นาน

There is also a mosque in Okachimachi, from the hotel you can walk 10 minutes. The downside of this hotel is that the staff doesn't speak fluent English, but you can help with Google Translate.
