The room I booked through Hotels.com was unavailable, and Vasavi Residenzy informed us that they had no association with the booking. They asked us to pay ₹4,000 for one night if we still needed the room.

One ac room booked for 3 nights from 29th december 24 to 1 st january 25 before two week of arrival for 4500 but upon arrival I was told that they had nothing to do with this booking app which is absolutely a horrible experience.
