Your home was the perfect setting for our gathering, especially with our elderly family members and little ones. The amenities you provided made our stay so comfortable. We truly appreciated the baby-friendly items and the accessibility features for our elderlies, which made everything run smoothly. 舒適，寬敞，推薦！

The best view of Ashinoko, Fuji mountian combined. You can't find another hotel has a better view. However the lofts on the first floor might get blocked views because of the yard fence and trees in the front. There's a 7-11 just across the street, which is convenient to get quick food. The only drawback is that this hotel doesn't have a restaurant and restaurants nearby closes very early in the evening.

Everything is good just only the check out time is too early .10am check out time is too rush :( The view and the hotspring in the room are very nice .

東西忘了拿 會很麻煩如果不是住在日本的情況這一次我東西忘了拿是連絡到客服了但是就是不像日本的服務東西什麼時後記無法告知找到的遺失物品也不四願意告知 因為部門不一樣 不能說得很清楚 在日本基本上會讓人很安心但 這間飯店的服務我真的很害怕 只說東西會記給到家裡 何時寄出 那家四運輸公司也 沒法告知客人只說運輸公司會跟客人連洛如過不是住在日本的外國人沒電話號碼那真的很麻煩的 環境真的很好很日本 但感覺服務是很不專業 不適合日本人文化 感覺是敷衍外國人

房子很新，很大，景色很美，有私人溫泉，足湯（普通熱水），一早起來就見到富士山，整體都很好。 不太滿意的是住了兩個晚上，抽紙，廚房紙不夠用，但房子沒有補給服務。配置的洗衣機有乾衣功能，但乾衣後衣服起雛嚴重。

房間空間非常大，設備齊全。半露天溫泉十分舒適。

El apartamento es espectacular. Súper bonito, moderno y ubicado en un enclave inmejorable, veíamos el Tori de la Paz en frente cuando se disipaba la niebla.... Impresionantemente bonito. Para ver el Monte Fuji hay que tener suerte 😅. El Onsen en la propia habitación es todo un lujo!!!! Volveremos, nos ha encantado!!!!

We absolutely loved all the room amenities and gadgets. The view was breathtaking. We would stay here again.

予約番号のメールが、どこにも届かなく、 現地室内のタッパネルも日本語変更出来ないなど不具合が多く値段の割に微妙でした
