所有员工都非常友好。 房间还行，虽然不算宽敞。不过，因为我一个人住，所以房间还算合适，而且设施齐全。房间舒适、干净，浴室也很干净，电视频道基本正常，空调也不错。 我给三星而不是四星的原因是缺乏基本设施。房间里没有提供水壶和马克杯，我觉得很不方便。我预订的时候并不知道这一点，所以为了取热水还要跑到前台，有点麻烦。而且没有马克杯，我们怎么煮咖啡呢？ 如果酒店能在每个房间至少提供一个水壶和一个马克杯就太好了。虽然只是小事，但对客人来说意义重大。

The toilet not clean enough. Got dirty stain in the toilet bowl, dirty bathroom wall & bathroom sink. Yucks. I don't have time to request to change room because I booked the room to just to get ready for an event and sleep. Not worth RM99 for a room with no window.

The staff is friendly & helpful, but the room has smoking smells though it says it is non- smoking

Ada setrika dan dispenser dekat lobby, resepsionis ramah, ada air hangat, kamar bersih rapi, toilet bersih.

Its small room one entire bed is 75% of the room. I am not sure you can call that a room honestly. Very claustrophobic, bad air conditioning, untidy, the bed sheets were not even tucked in properly, floors unclean, no waste basket, no place to hang clothes or keep luggage, no room cleaning done duringthe entire four days stay. Really disappointed

The sabahan staff were very happening, very good, and very pleasant. Keep it up, sabahan staff! 💪🏻

The guest checked out, but the room was not cleaned before being rented out to the next guest. The staff lack experience, and there is significant room for improvement in their problem-solving abilities.

Bilik selesa. Toilet bersih. Water heater function well. No breakfast provided tapi jangan risau sebab area hotel banyak kedai makan. Keluar pintu hotel dah bau makanan. Staff friendly terutama the Sabahan one. Dia sangat ceria. Lupa nak tanya nama :D
