Great location, service could be a lot better. The staff at reception need to learn to say hello and goodbye to every guess, that’s basics. If that occurred it would have changed everything. I did leave my computer mouse in the room and wrote back via Hotels.com not sure if they got the message.

A bit of a strange reception area - not the fault of the hotel - rather a change of road use outside - taxis have to pull up at a side entrance. Stay fine, breakfast good, staff helpful - but the worst mattress I have slept on in decades! Dirty sheets on both beds

Requested a twin but got a double. Fire alarm went of at 130 am - evacuated

Great location right in the city centre next to the town hall but very quiet at night. Rooms are very clean, staff very helpful. We would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay in a lovely hotel. Breakfast was also excellent and served in the rooftop bar and had a good selection of continental and cooked items. Will definitely return if in the area again.

Great stay, lovely receptionist! Gave us a free upgrade due to not been able to have connecting rooms with our friends. Hotel room is beaut. However breakfast could be better? We went down to breakfast at 10:20 (40 mins of breakfast still left) and there was no cooked food left. We asked if we could have some more and the person behind the grill huffed and said well they’re going to have to wait. So maybe go to breakfast before 10 if you want anything hot to eat. Pastries were good tho!

We absolutely love everything about this hotel. Clean spacious rooms, everything works perfectly. Close to restaurants and bars, easy parking. Great showers and pristine towels and bed linen. Special thank-you to Alicia, so lovely, helpful and friendly! We always get a warm welcome at our favourite hotel in Sheffield; we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

I stayed in many Radisson Blu's while traveling in Europe this summer. This one was not up to the usual standards.

The location is amazing and when we walked in it smelt so fresh in the lobby.

Lovely new hotel in central location. Rooms modern with nice decor. Decent size. We had dinner one night - very good but bit of a comms issue when booking and paying. Sorted easily enough. Would recommend.

The room is well renovated and everything works, mainly the shower. The breakfast is excelent, but expensive. There are some work in progress on the square in front of the reception, with the street interrupted, so the taxis and ubers sometimes don’t come to the right place. But it is a good location anyway to walk to the nice city centre of the (former) “steel city”, already converted to pedestrian streets. There was a fire alarm once in an ungodly hour, with everybody using the stairs to go out. It was not clear if someone in a given room made some smoke or if it was a failure on the programmed weekly fire exercise.

Staff at Radisson are clearly trained to a high standard they were more than accommodating when they organized room with cot and extra room for us please guys give yourselfs a big pat on the back
