Booked online. There is a bar downstairs that closes at midnight. If you don’t mind being kept awake until 2 am because of the noise from the bar and the people and traffic in the street then this is the place for you. The room was nice enough. A fan would have been greatly appreciated. Parking is off site.

Super kind staff, room was up on 3rd floor, no lift. Neighborhood was pretty raucous though the actual pub noise was absolutely minimum so not too loud to sleep. Tons of places to eat in the neighborhood. Very central and short walking distance to both bus depot and train station. I would consider staying here again.

Very close to public Transportaion and tours

Hot in room. Loud as would be expected as it is above a bar, city center. Not good for sleeping if you’re not participating in the nightlife.

Clean comfortable basic single room. Good bathroom. No TV but not an problem. Good location in centre of Inverness. No breakfast. Bar below does pizza's etc.

Prima verblijf. Netjes, al zou ik niet voor dit soort vloerbedekking kiezen in een 'hotel'kamer. Kleine kamer, met vrijwel geen faciliteiten, maar puur als slaapplaats heb je niet meer nodig. Fijne douche op de kamer. Bed was acceptabel, maar niet super. Het was erg warm op de kamer, ook al was de temperatuur buiten dit niet. Benieuwd hoe warm het hier op echte warme dagen kan worden.

Das Personal an der Bar war sehr nett. Um zu den Zimmern zu kommen gibt es einen separaten Eingang. Das Zimmer war sauber und nicht 08:15. Es hat mir sehr gefallen.

Simple rooms, very clean. Note: no TV. Pizza down stairs is excellent.

The room was clean and sufficient for us to basically just sleep there. The noise coming through the vent fan in the bathroom was loud. We got hot at night so had to open the windows…it was noisy. But we managed and overall would stay again.

Great location and reasonable rate. Staff was friendly and the restaurant downstairs was a positive.

Perfect base for Inverness. Just the basics but close to station, shops, dining and the pizza was delicious from downstairs.

Super hyggeligt sted. Det lå virkelig godt og der var en hyggelig bar/spisested lige under. Det eneste man kan sætte en finger på, er at lyden fra gaden var meget tydelig og der var ikke meget lydisolering. Dette var dog ligegyldigt for os. Godt i forhold til pris. Vi ville klart komme tilbage.

Came in after completing the last stage of the Great Glen Way. Check in was easy at the bar. Room was upstairs. Side door to access rooms without going through the bar area (or when closed). A little loud as the beer garden was audible, but I was warned of that in advance and it wasn't loud enough to disturb me. Room was small, but big enough for me and my pack. Had a stool to sit on, and I would have liked a chair with a back. Because of bar opening hours, was no place to leave my bag at checkout to further explore before leaving town, but that was OK. Well situated in the old town, pubs and restaurants abound.

Chambre assez minimaliste : en rapport avec le prix pour le secteur, mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à un palace. On y dort et on repart vite. Accueil sympa, mais aucun service spécifique à la l’hôtellerie. Parking dans la rue possible la nuit, mais il faut déplacer la voiture tôt le matin ou payer une heure pour rester un peu plus. La partie bar / restau fait le taf : bière pas mauvaise, pizzas bonnes. Mais on a préféré finir la soirée au Mac Gregor’s avec une ambiance terrible, très haute en couleur avec de la musique live celtique : superbe ! Et vus les habitués en kilt, on ne s’est pas trompés.

This is a great choice if you just need a place to sleep because you're going to be gone all day doing tourist stuff. Good location, good value, nice amount of space in the room. There was no t.v. (which is fine, just unusual) and the bed wasn't especially luxurious. One of the light fixtures worked only occasionally. I would stay there again with no hesitation if I was on a budget. We were worried it would be loud, being above a bar, and while we could hear people downstairs, it was never so obtrusive that we couldn't sleep, just a quiet murmur.

Toilet leaked, shower leaked, very basic enough milk for 1 cuppa , no tv
