Nice newly updated apartment. Great location next to Windsor and the airport. Communication with owner seemed good but when it came to parking, it caused a LOT of stress. It was Not clear overnight parking was at Two rivers and hourly was at bridge street. If sensitive to noice, do not stay here. Constant traffic and with no ac windows need to be opened. By a traffic light so made it even louder. We loved the space and what the apartment offered but the noice and lack of communication on parking made for a lot of stress.

Lovely apartment, only downfalls was the floor was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, one of the beds sheets had staines of some sort. Beds were uncomfortable and the parking opposite only allows you to book until 12 midnight, you then have to wake up at 6am to pay again as there’s no option to pay for 24hrs obviously this has nothing to do with the owners but something to be aware when booking.

I think it would be very good to provide an actual street address that includes written directions or, at least, a photo with a recognizable landmark to show "lodging is here" with an arrow. Our GPS kept putting us 1 block over and it wasn't until flagging down a passer by, who happened to also rent in a Charles Hope building, that we found what we needed after a 2-hour search.

We’re a family of 4. The location is great, close to bars and restaurants. The apartment is clean and felt spacious. However it was a bit of a struggle initially. I had to call customer service 3 times because the given door code and WiFi didn’t work. The reason were either they didn’t activate or had changed the code. Little unprofessional because it was supposed to be hassle free.

My family and I travelled for vacation. I originally booked 2/2 bedrooms, the property reached out to me when one of the properties was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstance. They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. We did have some issues but there was always someone that I could call that helped me. The property has all the amenities for a family and was very clean. It was also quiet. I didn't know anyone else was in the building until we heard a door slam. I look forward to our next trip to London and hope this property will be available. I absolutely love this place.
