Apartment is spacious, and the photos on this website are similar to real rooms, the environment is pretty good and convenient, a woolworths, alcohol shop, and pharmacy are near to republic apartment, the staffs are helpful and welcome. A fly in the ointment is, some furnitures and kitchenware are worn out, such as the sofa, electric water boiler (but it's ok after changing a new one from the staff), range hood (even I don't need it).

交通蠻方便的!服務人員很nice,而且還有游泳池跟健身房很適合度假,客房也很舒服還有一個大陽台,公寓式的飯店很方便因為可以煮東西來吃,而且樓下很方便因為有超市!

hotel is tidy and big enough for family staying. unfortunately our car plates was stolen in the hotel car park and when we reported this to hotel reception they told us that they don't have security webcam to record all carpark space. Seems a little pity about it.

Very nice appartment with separate bedroom and livingroom. The best equiped kitchen I have yet seen. Loved the washingmachine for fresh travel clothing. But there was no cleaning within the 6 days I stayed there and you had to take out the trash yourself, and more or less clean the room before departure

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Brisbane, its in a great location to the city centre within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, the service you get from reception on arrival and departure is first class. Thanks

Super convenient location

Great location to restaurants, clean and comfortable and easy checkin/checkout.

We booked a 10 night stay and were not disappointed. The location is excellent, with Woolworth supermarket a stone's throw away, 10min walk to the Water Front and its restaurants, Botanical gardens, Central train station, Queen's mall. If you're a 'walker' then you may cross to the Cultural Centre on the Southern part of town in 25min or so. The accommodation is pretty much self sufficient, amenities, clean and tidy, good selection of TV channels, as well as a gym and a pool that we certainly made good use of. The place was also very quite. We never had issues with noise at night either from other tenants or from the street. I certainly recommend the place and will be staying there when coming back to Brisbane next year.

This place was one of the dirtiest we ever stayed at of all our travel. I wish I could post some pictures to show. We stayed here for two nights. The pictures posted on the Expedia is not the same conditions as the place. The unit we stayed at was very dated, looked rundown, amenities old and very dirty. I can still feel the dirt from that place.You know when you walk in in a place and you can feel the dirt sticking to you- yup that was the feeling. The carpets were so dirty that it looked like it was never cleaned for ages. We made sure we never took off our shoes and never barefoot.The couch/sofa was so disgusting dirty that my husband and I did not sit on it. The bed felt and looked dirty too. We were so paranoid that the bed has bed bugs. We had to buy a disinfectant spray and sprayed the bed before we laid on it and wipes to disinfect the seats/ table. I will not recommend in staying at this place or maybe we were the unlucky ones who stayed at the dirty unit. I was very surprised because the reviews at this place were so high hence I picked the place. On the positive side, this place has a supermarket next door for all the necessities you need is close to shops, restaurants, the wharf and other attractions.

The instructions were very well layered out highlighted really easy to follow. Made our very late check in and car parking very smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will be surely staying at this place again. Thanks

Logistics of the area are fantastic. Can walk to town, supermarket and great coffee a minute walk away. Fantastic and friendly staff.

I stay at the Republic Apartments regularly due to its location and amenities. The staff are always very helpful.

This apartment is next to supermarket, short walk to CBD and Central station. Facility is excellent. Swimming pool, spa, gym in 5th floor, guest car park is there. Sofa and main bed were uncomfortable. Otherwise we had a good stay.

Well positioned apartments with great views. The gym and pool were good. Parking wasn’t easy nearby, but otherwise quite acceptable accommodation.

This property was comfortable and very handy for us to get to seminar that we attended

Friendliness of the admin team. A little bit hard getting out of the bath/shower without at least one safety rail on the wall . Environmental considerations were first class.
