Terms and Conditions

1. E-ticket must be redeemed for a printed ticket before departure only at Kansai International Airport.
2. Children under the age of 6 (six) may travel without seats. However, should the passengers require a seat for children, they may book child tickets.
3. Passengers are only allowed to bring max. 2 (two) pieces of baggage. For further information regarding baggage capacity, please check General Conditions for Baggage.
4. Passengers must allocate sufficient time to avoid late arrival due to traffic jams.
5. The provider will only take responsibility for delay due to operational matters, but not traffic jams.
6. According to Japanese regulations and for safety reasons, all passengers must wear their seat belts while the bus is traveling.
7. Passengers are only allowed to smoke in the terminal smoking area.
8. Passengers are not allowed to bring smelly food on the bus, and suggested not to eat loudly.
