Apartment in Cửa Cạn

This place was a terrible experience. The managers in charge of food, drinks and service need to be fired immediately. Started with the walk in, which was nice, then we went to the beach restaurant (being the only one open at the time) and I ordered a nice glass of Prosecco to get vacation started. 20 minutes later, the girl comes back and says we don't have that. So I ordered a sparkling wine and some food. Same story, we don't have that. So we left the property to go find some drinks and food awaiting check-in. We were told there were 3 restaurants here, but no, there's only 2 with the exact same menu that's apparently a list of things they don't have. Next day I called for the room service menu since there ' s not one in the room and they said I need to use the menu on the TV and scan the code, which I did. The menu came up on my phone and I called to order breakfast at 11:00am that says available 24 hours a day on the menu. Their response was the TV menu was old and they don't have that anymore. This time I demanded to speak to a manger who never returned my call. I settled for being hungry and went out to the pool area where there was no service. We finally managed to get a pair of chairs on the beach when we realized people were just leaving their things there on chairs all day and not actually there. Had to go find somebody to order drinks and the charcuterie platter of meats and cheeses since apparently service is non-existent in this hotel. Of course, the same story, we don't have that. I asked sarcastically for a menu of what they DO have and proceeded to leave the property again in frustration. We will definitely never stay here again. There's 4 things that are needed: a comprehensive food menu including eastern and western foods (I would have loved to have a good steak and a nice glass of champagne, but could barely stomach anything here), two outside service people-one for the pool area and one for the beach area, fire the food and drink director and fire the service director. This is only a summary of the bad experiences and there are several others. Hope this review helps folks stay away or the hotel to realize it needs better management.

Hơi xa trung tâm xíu thôi nhưng bãi biển rất thích. 2 hồ bơi. Không gian xanh, lãng mạn. Đồ ăn ngon. Mình vẫn sẽ chọn ở đây khi trở lại Phú Quốc

The receptionist was caring and nice. Pool is totally clean.

Mọi người tới sân bay có thể đi bus miễn phí của Vin tới grand word sau đó bắt grab về khách sạn, không nên đi xe tuktuk ở bến về nhé, khá đắt. Lưu ý, có 2 con đường vào khách sạn, một đường vào theo bản đồ chỉ rất xấu, toàn ổ voi chứ không phải ổ gà, nếu gặp trời mưa là mênh mông nước. mình có trải nghiệm kinh hoàng luôn, lúc đó đã muốn bỏ booking rồi. Nên xem đường tới Mai phương resort rồi đi đoạn đường đất nữa mới tới, con đường đó là dễ đi nhất rồi. Có bé nhỏ thì nên cân nhắc vì lúc về tối, đường không bóng đèn, 2 bên rừng âm u, khá là rợn. Mình đi chưa phải mùa du lịch nên rất yên tĩnh, phòng sát biển. Cô chú trông khách sạn thì nhiệt tình, cần gì sẽ hỗ trợ còn cho mình mượn thuyền ra biển. Ăn sáng thì chỉ có cơm chiên trứng, mì xào rau củ, cà phê và hoa quả tráng miệng. Cơm trưa ăn ở khách sạn thì dặn trước cô đi chợ mua đồ nên đồ tươi. Có thể đi xuống gành dầu ăn sau khi đi chơi, ăn hải sản và ngắm hoàng hôn khá đẹp. Nói chung khách sạn ổn nhưng đường vào thì nên cân nhắc kỹ.
