The Supplier will not accept persons under the age of 16 to join the Supplier's tours without an adult. They must complete the "Consent Form for Persons Under 18" and submit a copy of the participant's birth certificate and a copy of their parents' or legal guardian's Hong Kong identity card or passport.

Temporary cancellation of tours and refund arrangements. The supplier has the right to cancel a tour of four to nine days 7 days before departure due to insufficient number of participants, flight space, transportation problems, accommodation arrangements, etc., excluding the notification day and departure day.
