The path to the penguin show is safe enough and comfortable. Also, you can watch the penguin runs in eye level if you go to the bottom observatory

I have booked the philip Island Penguine Parade on 1 Apr for 4 Apr, the voucher was not sent to me until 4 Apr. On 5 Apr, you have sent me an email telling me it is cancelled, causing me time and financial loss.

I booked the Penguin Plus tickets, but while I redeem the tickets at front desk,they are General Viewing tickets,why is that?
You charged me the Penguin Plus price!And I need the penguin plus tickets!
