Alhamdulillah, wahana yang menyenangkan untuk keluarga. Wahana Sakura meski baru tapi menarik. Wahana Minimania menambah wawasan pengetahuan anak. Dairyland Mini Zoo juga cukup menarik. Semua area bersih dan terawat. 🤩👍

Jadi setelah beli tiket di traveloka secara online, ternyata harus ikut antri dengan orang-orang yang beli tiket offline. Which is ngapain kan? udah beli online malah antri buat tuker tiket hardcopynya. please Traveloka, help to improve this kind of experience.

Untuk proses pertiketan sangat lancar dan mudah. Pengalaman selama di area juga cukup menyenangkan. Hanya saja yg agak disayangkan adalah kondisi beberapa hewan yg ditampilkan dan kandangnya. Beberapa hewan keadaannya memprihatinkan, kurang sehat. Kandangnya bersih, cukup terawat, hanya saja kurang alami. Mungkin sebaiknya kandangnya disesuaikan dgn habitat hewan tersebut di alam.

The security personnel in the outside area has a bad attitude. He simply sat on the chair without providing me any information about the parking area. I had to step out of my car to find information about the parking area, which resulted in a long queue forming behind my car. I kindly request that you establish a more efficient parking system and ensure that your staff members are humble and attentive to customers. I am extremely disappointed with the current situation.
