Pay a visit to the central of temple in Bintan where you can see statues and artistic temples with deep meaning behind it. First you're going to visit 500 Lohan Temples. See the intricate facial expressions of 500 life-sized statues with different physical appearance with one another. The next destination is Guan Yin Temple with a sprawling of dragon plantation in the foreground which are considered as a lucky fruit. Inside the temple is laid the largest statue of The Bodhisattva which is coated in 22 carat gold. After observing the majestic temples, stroll around the Tanjung Pinang Street Market where you might find some good local souvenirs to bring home!
