River Cruise PLUS JUMBO Seafood Meal and Historical Tour

The whole experience would be perfect if the river cruise tour has multi-language audio guide options.

Boat ride is enjoyable but food at Jumbo is lousy

No Safe Entry procedures at Jumbo. Or anywhere else. Why was this overlooked? Tour guide was late at meeting point. We waited from 4.45pm. She came about 5.15pm

Everything was good except the food was a great huge disappointment. Quality n taste were of the lowest grade. Not expected of Jumbo. 🤦🏻👎🏽👎🏽

Everything was ok only the dinner aspect was not great.

1. many tour groups met at MRT station should have a signboard for easy to identify. 2. other than that everything is fine.

1) We booked the March tour last Dec. There is no reminder nearer to the date to confirm the trip. Anyway, we manage to call up and confirm. 2) On the day of meeting, no travel flag/visible sign on the travel agency (unlike other travel agency). We need to check around to confirm which group. The tour group is not given stickers to identify the tour (unlike other travel agency) 3) Based on the itinerary, it is boat ride followed by Seafood dinner. It is changed to Seafood dinner prior to boat ride to avoid boat ride crowd. If this change is pre-determined, will be good to inform the group beforehand as we had a meal prior to joining the tour. 4) The travel guide did not accompany us to the boat ride to guide this historical tour.

Relatively easy to book tour. Walk tour, unfortunately, did not quite happen. We met about 5 PM at Clarke Quay Station Exit E and then, it was off to Jumbo for 5-course Dinner. Mushroom Corn Chinese Soup, Cereal Prawn, De-shelled Crab meat with chilli sauce and fried mantou slices, Thai-Styled Sweet & Sour Salmon Fillets, Fried Rice and Mango Pomelo Sago Dessert. Cruise was about 40 mins.

A pleasant experience for me & my family. The tour guide was friendly & helpful, taking good care of the participants. Food at Jumbo was good, & the river cruise was enjoyable. Thank you!

Food quality at seafood restaurant was excellent. However, time given to eat was a little too short. Waiting time to board the river cruise was too long.

珍宝海鲜食物真差，只有茶是热的，螃蟹不是新鲜一整只的，而只是螃蟹肉，坐在户外用餐，鸽子，八哥，飞虫随时飞到桌子上。

Perhaps it's because this is for local tourist but I think Jumbo can improve their customer engagement. It's as though we're 2nd class since it's paid by Government.

Prefer a local tour guide who knows heritage of the walking tour as the group of the day are all local Singaporeans

Just don’t expect too much. Chinese-speaking guides only. We didn’t enjoy the walking tour and instructions weren’t clear.

Generally ok except for the rain which dampened the mood. The tour guide was very helpful and brought the umbrella at the end of the river cruise to cross the bridge for dinner.
