The establishment of Rumah Sakit Awal Bros was driven by H. Awaloedin's wish to contribute in the improvement of health services in Indonesia. The first Awal Bros hospital unit was inaugurated in Pekanbaru by Ir. H. Arfan Awaloedin, MARS. In 2006, more Awal Bros hospital units were established in Tangerang, Bekasi, Jakarta, and Makassar. Since then, the Awal Bros Hospital Group has also expanded its services through sister companies that include clinics, laboratory, evacuation services, and skin clinics spread across Indonesia.

Mantap walaupun H+1 tapi hasilnya tepat waktu, akhirnya ga jadi cancel pesawat cuman reschedule aja. It's okay, my bad juga datengnya malem-malem untung masi buka. Alhamdulillah

It's a first experience for my Mom to use the facility of Awal Bros Hospital Batam to do PCR test as a mandatory requirement of flight back to Palembang. It was the best experience ever! Would like to visit Batam again with my family. Thank you very much, Awal Bros Hospital Batam. You are such a great hospital ever I knew at Batam

To redeem the voucher we were first sent back to Customer Service. After that, we were asked to fill in an online form with personal information, which we already provided twice when we made the appointment.
We waited about an hour for registration and administration of others to be completed. The test itself took only about 2 min.
After that, we had to wait again for about 5 - 10m, for the Traveloka voucher to be confirmed.
Staf was friendly and helpful, but the admin process was tedious, compared to other testing facilities.
