- For the best Stretch me experience, customers are required to change into a comfortable t-shirt and jumpers which will be provided for free.

In accordance with the government's guidelines regarding COVID-19 prevention, Stretch Me by Let's Relax will implement advance reservation policy as followed.

- After purchase, customers must contact the receptionist by phone to make a reservation prior to the date stated in the voucher at least 1 day. Contact number will be given in your e-voucher.

- For sessions that take 30–60 minutes, last voucher redemption is strictly at 20:00.

- For sessions that take 90–120 minutes, last voucher redemption is strictly at 19:00.

- Operational hours: Every day, 10:00 – 21:00 (until further notice)
