Using your ticket is easy. Simply download the App when scanning your e-ticket. Do not use your e-ticket in a PDF reader and do not use a printscreen when travelling. If you do, you risk a double charge from your bankcard! Your ticket is valid from the timeslot selected. If you have additional questions, or your ticket appears to be defective, you can easily go to one of the designated service locations.
