我对这次的短途巴士租赁体验非常失望。我预订并支付了6座车的费用，但到达的车只能坐4个人。这显然是Traveloka和马来西亚当地供应商之间的沟通失误造成的。 我已经申请退款，但3天后仍在审核中。 请加快退款流程，因为这完全是服务提供商的失误造成的。 各位，请小心！预订前务必仔细检查所有内容，以免再次遇到同样的情况。最好使用Grab或其他方式预订。

Đặt xe từ Kuala đi đến Genting rất khó khăn. Khách du lịch không biết được biển số xe, địa điểm di chuyển cụ thế là ở đâu. Không có cách nào liên lạc được với chủ xe. Đợi xe trong vô vọng. Và giờ trên so với thực tế muộn hơn 1h ở Kuala.
